Arapahoe Basin, CO - On Sunday May 30, Arapahoe Basin will be hosting the ninth annual Festival of the Brewpubs. Four local Summit County breweries will be offering samples of their favorite hand-crafted ales. Brewpubs include Backcountry, Breckenridge, Dillon Dam and Pug Ryan’s.
A-Basin will be selling 14 oz. plastic souvenir mugs for $20. Mugs can be purchased for unlimited tasting from noon until 4:00 p.m. or while supplies last. (Must be 21 years of age to participate.)
A DJ from Krystal 93 radio will be spinning tunes in the base area from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Live music starts at 1:00 p.m. with That Eighties Band, on the ticket office steps. The outside barbecue will be fired up featuring smoked pulled pork sliders.
A-Basin is open from top to bottom with great spring skiing and riding conditions. A-Basin currently has a 36” midway base and is open from 8:30 a.m. weekends and 9:00 a.m. weekdays until 4:00 p.m.
