N. Conway, NH - Cranmore Mountain, North Conway 's hometown ski resort, will be home to the most events and activities in Mount Washington Valley for the month of February, especially during the President's Day school vacation period.
Cranmore's signature Cranapalooza events will feature fireworks at 7:30pm on Sat. Feb. 13th and 20th. "It's a unique experience, being able to ski, ride or snowtube at night under the fireworks," stated Cranmore general manager, Ben Wilcox. "Even those who do not ski can come enjoy the Cranapalooza activities."
Cranmore's new indoor Fun Zone will also be open extended hours during the vacation period in addition to its regular Saturday night hours. Located at the Cranmore Family Fitness Center , the Fun Zone will be open daily from Feb. 13-20. It gives families a fun indoor arena in which to play, with a giant bouncy house, 65-foot obstacle course, and pick up games of tennis, floor hockey and dodge ball. New for this year is the addition of North Conway's only indoor mega-trampoline, the Euro-Bungy. A variety of ticket options are available for Fun Zone, Euro-Bungy and indoor climbing wall at the Fitness Center.
The Arctic Blast Tubing Park, NH's most popular, will also be open extended hours during the vacation period, from 9am - 9pm daily from Feb. 13 - Feb. 20th.
