Sugarbush Resort announces the hiring or Richard Scarzello as Head Chef at Timbers Restaurant.
Scarzello joins the Sugarbush culinary team with a passion to develop the locally-inspired cuisine at Timbers. A supporter of local agriculture and farm-chef partnerships, Scarzello is excited to take advantage of the abundance of the rich food economy that the Mad River Valley and the state of Vermont has to offer.
"As a Vermont native who has expanded his depth of knowledge with working experience throughout Europe as well as close to home, Rich's background is the perfect complement to Sugarbush's culinary team," said Win Smith, President of Sugarbush Resort.
