The Stoneham’s METAL Wednesdays are Back; Pure Freestyle of All Types!

Stoneham, PQ - Renowned for its freestyle installations and the good vibe present in its snow parks, Stoneham Mountain Resort is back with its nocturnal METAL Wednesdays! The first 3 Wednesdays of March (3, 10 and 17) are undeniably 3 not-to-be-missed events for all freestyle adepts, whatever their type of riding and interest; nothing less than rails, half-pipe and slopestyle are on the menu!

Nearly $1000 to win
The concept is pretty simple: 3 Wednesdays in a row, at night, every one with a distinct freestyle theme!

March 3rd : single rail contest in the XL Snow Park ;
March 10th : the half-pipe fanatics will be stoked with this contest entirely dedicated to the Olympic infrastructure ;
March 17th : slopestyle rails contest - the participants get their points on a sequence of several features ;
$300 in money prizes and several others prizes will be given out EVERY METAL Wednesday for the best tricks of the nights!
These contests are open to skiers and riders for $5. This rate does not include the lift ticket and the snow park access card, which are mandatory.

5:30 pm – Sign up mandatory at the Main Chalet ;
7:30 pm – Contest start!
9:30 pm – Official prizegiving at the Main Chalet; not-to-be-missed!
