Timbers Restaurant Names Richard Scarzello as New Head Chef

Warren, VT - Sugarbush Resort announces the hiring or Richard Scarzello as Head Chef at Timbers Restaurant.

Scarzello joins the Sugarbush culinary team with a passion to develop the locally-inspired cuisine at Timbers. A supporter of local agriculture and farm-chef partnerships, Scarzello is excited to take advantage of the abundance of the rich food economy that the Mad River Valley and the state of Vermont has to offer.
