Sun Valley, ID - Skier count for Sun Valley’s winter season exceeded the resort’s goal of 400,000 and pushed ahead of last season by 20 per cent.
Sun Valley’s 74th ski season saw an increase of 68,784 skiers and boarders over the previous year, making it one of three seasons surpassing the 400,000 mark in the past five years.
“I would like to thank all the skiers and boarders who experienced Sun Valley this past ski season. Thanks to everyone we not only met but surpassed our expectations for the season. We hope you can join in our celebration next year when Sun Valley marks its 75th winter season,” Tim Silva, Sun Valley Resort General manager, said.
